Craving Cohesion

“Team” is a term used loosely in the workplace.

Just because people operate in the same department doesn’t mean they’re functioning as a team.

Reality is, they may be functioning as individuals tethered by proximity.

It’s the same on the home front.

Just because people live under the same roof, and share the same last name, doesn’t mean they are truly operating as a family.

Why not?

Because it’s hard.

Really hard.

Especially when there are dynamics you would rather dismiss than drudge through.

And the fact remains: Disconnection calls for re-connection…as scary as that may be.

Where in your life are you craving cohesion?

Remember that cohesion starts with communication.

The question is:

Are the lines open or drawn in the sand?

What topics intrigue you?
