People need to talk about how they're feeling. How uncertainty and ambiguity are affecting them both personally and professionally.

People are longing to be:

Validated.

Understood.

When interacting with teammates, don’t default to a “how are you - fine, how are you” existence. Dig deeper...

The next time you ask someone how they are, make an impact by simply asking the question again and providing space to be real.
